Q. When does InkyFrog Media collect information through www.inkyfrog.com?
A. InkyFrog Media collects information following these actions:
1. Through use of the contact form to request/send information.
2. Through use of the questionnaire to request/send information.
3. Through use of the client login & subsequent pages.
4. When an error is experienced (Header errors 401,403,404,500).
The specific methods by which this information is collected, used, and stored are detailed below.
Except through client login, InkyFrog Media does not currently collect information by way of cookies.
Q. What information is stored?
A. This can be broken down as follows:
1. When the contact form is used, the data entered into the form fields is e-mailed directly to InkyFrog Media. This information is used for the sole purpose of contacting the sender, shall be retained securely, and for no longer than is deemed necessary for this purpose. InkyFrog Media does not share this information with any other party, save with the express permission of the sender. No such permission is implied by the use of this form.
2. When the questionnaire form is used, the data entered into the form fields is e-mailed directly to InkyFrog Media. This information is used for the sole purpose of providing a better idea of the services the sender may need. The information shall be retained securely, and for no longer than is deemed necessary for this purpose. InkyFrog Media does not share this information with any other party, save with the express permission of the sender. No such permission is implied by the use of this form.
3. When a client uses their login and password, the I.P. address of the computer from which access is attempted/gained is stored, and if the 'remember me' button is checked on login a cookie is placed onto that clients computer. This cookie contains a session variable which allows InkyFrog.com to identify that the user is legitimate, and to prevent unauthorized use by other parties. No other information is contained within the cookie.
4. When an error is experienced, InkyFrog Media records the following information:
What the error was;
When it occurred;
The I.P address of the computer that experienced the error.
This information is retained to allow InkyFrog Media to improve the quality of the site by addressing errors which can be fixed, and to allow the prevention of unauthorized page access. The information shall be retained securely, and for no longer than is deemed necessary for this purpose. InkyFrog Media does not share this information with any other party, save for investigation into preventing unauthorized access.
Q. How is the information stored, and how am I protected?
A. InkyFrog Media shall take appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect the personal data and traffic data provided to it or collected by it with due observance of the applicable obligations and exceptions under the relevant legislation. Your personal and traffic data can only be accessed by authorized employees or consultants of InkyFrog Media that need to have access to this data in order to be able to fulfil their given duties.
Q. What about links?
A. InkyFrog.com may contain links that will let you leave this website and access another website. Linked websites are not under the control of InkyFrog Media and it is possible that these websites have a different privacy policy. The Privacy Statement applies solely to personal information that is acquired on InkyFrog.com. Always take care when entering personal information online. InkyFrog Media accepts no responsibility or liability for these other websites.

A. Not usually, although there may be extreme circumstances that require changes to this policy. For example, InkyFrog Media recognizes the jurisdiction of law enforcement agencies with the proper authority, which require information to be provided to prevent or detect crime.
