We Are
Choosing a company to design and implement your media is a big decision. We put it in the same box as choosing a car mechanic, or a home builder. We've had our share of dealings with rogue builders and sloppy mechanics and we want you to feel comfortable knowing we're not like that. We deliver honestly priced, quality work, with the flexibility and personality that we believe only a small business can offer.

We Consult
We are committed to giving you our very best.
Your initial consultation is to determine your needs and vision. As we progress with your project, we consult with you throughout the whole process to ensure you are getting exactly what you want. You won't have to wonder what's happening - we will keep you up-to-date.
We Research
Maybe you know what you want, maybe you don't. Whatever the case, we want you to look good. Before we put pencil to paper, we'll take a good look around to see what already exists, so you can stand out from the crowd, or blend in nicely.
We work hard to ensure that your designs speak directly to your target audience, so we review a variety of sources to find what works with whom, and when.
We Design
If you want to see a variety of designs, we can do that. If you want us to work on an existing design, we can do that, too. Whether you're starting your image from scratch, or just want to polish up what you have, we'll help your company look good.
Everything we do starts with a blank canvas. We don't use templates, and we don't recycle from previous jobs. This means that when we're done, you own the copyright for your media, and you don't need to credit anyone (except us!).
We Develop
This is the technical side of things. Our print media is completed to a high standard, and, as you would expect, is to printers' standards. Our websites are created using valid, cross-browser compatible code (ask us why this is important), with usability and visibility in mind. We test our work rigorously to ensure that what you ask for is what you get.
We Listen
We won't pressure you, or raise our prices mid-project, and we won't stop until you get what you want because happy clients are our best marketing tool. Not happy? We need to fix that. If there is any element of our work you aren't satisfied with, then we'll change it.
We Stick Around
We've done our part - the project is finished, and you're happy. This is where we vanish in a puff of smoke, right?
Wrong. At some point in time you'll probably want to make changes. As your business grows and develops, so should your media. At the end of the contract, we can discuss whether you'd like to retain the services of InkyFrog Media so that the people who know your work best now can help you with it later.
If not, we can get that smoke machine going.
